FIESOL’s 3 year Warranty

Within our three year warranty period, if there is any damage due to manufacture defect or parts defect, then the customer is only responsible for return shipping costs. For other damages, the user is responsible for round trip shipping cost as well as parts and labor cost. Our distribution center is located in Vancouver, Canada.  All tripods requiring service and repair are to be shipped back to our Canadian distributor only. Check with your local post office for an estimated shipping cost.

For small parts damage due to manufacture defect or parts defect, we usually ship replacement parts to our customers free of charge even the warranty period has passed. If carbon fiber tube is damaged due to causes other than manufacture defect, we will charge the material cost for the replacement tube. All parts are shipped from us directly to our customers. All shipments include instructions for repair.

We aim to fully fulfill our customers’ needs in both the purchasing of new items or the repair of old items.
